TENANT INFORMATION

Securing a property

We will require a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent to secure a property. Once received, we will remove the property from the market and will provide you with an application form to complete and return. You will also be asked to provide proof of identity and proof of your current home address. These forms need to be returned and fully completed within 14 days, or the property may be remarketed. Any false or missing information may result in the loss of your holding deposit.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once we have received your completed application forms, they will be passed onto our in-house referencing team. All parties to the tenancy will be credit-checked and your employers will be contacted to provide a reference on your behalf. Once all references have been returned and deemed satisfactory, we will contact you to arrange a suitable move in date. On this day, you will be required to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. You will also pay across your first month’s rent and deposit prior to receiving the keys to your new home.
